ALMOST DARK ROAST

This is an incredible espresso blend and it was somewhat of a mistake. I roasted a Honduras Esmeralda 72 hour fermented natural darker than I had intended. So dark that oil started to form on the surface of the beans. Crap! I was getting ready to toss it out, but then decided to try it in a new espresso blend I have been working on and WOW! Super creamy, smooth, almost no harsh acidity and loads of chocolate and caramel with hints of ripe fruit and honey.

Also - there is a small amount of Geisha in the blend - hence the LUX name ;
