It's no secret that my favorite place in the world is on the North Shore of Lake Superior. The small town of Grand Marais, MN is my happy place. So many reasons, but I would highly recommend that you go up and experience it for yourself. Every season is different up there - summers are busy and full of excitement; the Fall is when the North Shore colors explode, along with the amount of tourists wanting to see the Fall colors; winter is extreme, but if you can handle the brutal temps, you are rewarded with a truly unique experience - the town becomes desolate at sundown and a walk down the middle of town is a therapeutic adventure; in Spring, life begins to emerge again as the snow melts and the lake invites you to her banks. Grand Marais is a natural beauty that is meant to be treasured.
This is a blend of South American beans roasted slowly to bring out the natural sweetness and highlight notes of milk chocolate and caramel. A perfect everyday coffee, but next level if enjoyed on the shore of Lake Superior.
