Fazenda Nossa Senhora da Medalha (“Our Lady of the Medal”) is located in the city of Conceição das Pedras, on the Minas Gerais side of Serra da Mantiqueira in southern Brazil. Acquired by Bruno Henrique and his family in 1995, the farm spans 14 hectares and is home to approximately twenty-six thousand coffee trees. The farm exclusively produces 100% Arabica beans, featuring Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Acaiá, and Icatu varietals. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1200 to 1280 meters, the coffee is manually harvested and boasts unique characteristics influenced by the climate, soil, and elevation of the Mantiqueira de Minas region. The farm is committed to sustainable cultivation practices, carefully considering the environment, resource usage, and Brazilian labor laws to ensure opportunities and a high quality of life for its employees.

Flavor
Creamy body with a light citrus acidity. Notes of baker’s chocolate, raw honey, key lime pie and clementine.
