MEDIUM ROAST

This is a double fermented and washed coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico, produced by independent farmers and sourced by Royal Coffee. It was designated a "Royal Gem" for a very obvious reason - it's absolutely delicious! This coffee is hand picked and hand sorted, then fermented twice under strict guidelines then fully washed and dried. The fermentation helps to bring out some amazing fruit flavors, but still has some traditional flavors that coffee from Mexico is know for.

Complex, bold, lively and juicy! Watermelon, orange soda, mango, raspberry, dense chocolate and peaches.
