Grown high in the volcanic soils of the Kintamani highlands of Bali, this organic, single-origin Arabica is anything but ordinary. Shade-grown beneath citrus trees and processed using the traditional wet-hulled (Giling Basah) method, Bali Blue Moon develops its signature deep blue-green hue and unmistakably rich cup profile.

After the devastating 1963 volcanic eruption, Bali revitalized its coffee agriculture through widespread smallholder farming initiatives. Today, thousands of hectares are cultivated organically, with chemical pesticides prohibited and traditional farming methods carefully preserved. The result is a coffee that reflects both the richness of its soil and the resilience of its people.
