From Jerico, Antioquia, a small Catholic town that maintains a rich coffee culture, produces some of the country’s best coffees despite limited access to resources. This one is made up of coffee from multiple small farms that best represents coffee from Antioquia, Colombia. The area is home to Colombia’s only canonized saint, Madre Laura.
