14oz whole bean coffee
This coffee is grown at about 1,800 feet above sea level on Mount Elgon at the border Uganda and Kenya, and processed at Sipi Falls washing station, named after the mountain’s most famous waterfall. The mountain is an extinct volcano so the soil is rich with minerals that make this an amazingly sweet and flavorful coffee. Expect melon and apricot, with hints of berries, black grapes and plum, with a lush, velvety body.
This coffee is ideal for the French press or other immersion brew methods, including the Clever Dripper. A higher water temperature brings out more bright fruit flavors and cooler water produces sweeter, white chocolate and honey flavors.
