This coffee from Timor-Leste (also known as East Timor) is a rare treat. At it's best, East Timorese coffee is as rich as wet-hulled Indonesian coffee and as clean and balanced as washed Central American coffee. It's rich, warm and velvety with mild acidity and great balance.

Luscious notes of butterscotch, red apple, black cherry and milk chocolate with a very subtle floral undertone. Balanced, flavorful and an absolute joy to drink.
