Suku Batak is completely sun-dried coffee grown near Lake Toba in the Lintongnihuta region of Sumatra. 

Flavor
Super creamy with low acidity. Earthy with notes of baking spices, black tea, brown sugar and a hint of lime at higher temps. Really great as a single origin espresso!
