10oz. whole bean coffee
Finca La Encañada was purchased by Dionicio Aguilar's father in the 1970’s and his mother currently lives there, along with a flock of chickens and ducks, farm dogs, and various full time farm employees. The farm is bordered by the beautiful Tonchima River and has 12 hectares planted to coffee. Dionicio also has a still for aguardiente (sugar cane liqueur) and an experimental farm for varieties native to the area.
