MEDIUM ROAST

Anaerobic coffees can sometimes go a little too far out in the fruit department for my taste. This one is certainly fruit-forward, but the winey hints never reach a 'boozy' level of intensity, or over the top (thankfully!). The aroma of the ground coffee has notes of pear, berry, and rustic sugars. The fruit flavor in the cup tastes clean and sweet up front, with some rustic accents underneath. It has a moderate level of acidity with some very nice sweetness.

Flavor
Orange, tangerine, fruity champagne and rustic dried fruits. Low acidity.
