This is a washed, sun-dried, and hand-sorted in the modernized Pastores mill up to 1,600 meters above sea level on small farms. Coming from one of the world’s top coffee-growing regions - Guatemala - the quality control is impeccable, with only the absolute cream of the crop chosen for export. It’s one of the most sought-after coffees in Antigua because it can handle a variety of roast styles, it has a lively, fruity flavor profile, and the perfect amount of acidity.
Flavors: Rich, dark, chocolate aroma. Low acidity, full body - a very balanced cup. This has all the classic coffee flavors: rich chocolate, caramel, mocha and hints of spicy rum. The perfect everyday drinker.
