Grown within the indigenous Mayan communities of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Huehuetenango is one of the best regions in Guatemala for coffee production. It is at the foot of the Cuchumatanes, the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America. Coffee from Huehuetenango are exceptionally delicious with distinct acidity and fruity flavors.
This is what I would describe as a traditional "coffee tasting" coffee. It has a sweet and complex cup - flavors include maple, orange, milk chocolate and fruit notes with a syrupy body and light acidity.
