This shade grown, natural processed coffee is different from the other regions of the country, in that it is smoother and sweeter, rather than dominantly acidic and fruity. These grade 1 beans are grown under the thick forest canopy, hand picked and sun-dried on stone patios.
Flavor Due to this coffee's natural processing, it's full of sweet berries with notes of ripe melon and finishes with a creamy caramel body.
