From the Nyamasheke region of Rwanda's Western Province, this is an incredibly fruity dry processed* coffee that will blow you away.
*Dry processing is when the whole coffee cherry is laid to dry with the seeds (beans) still inside. With all that fruit still intact, it can take 4 times as long to dry, during which, fermentation does occur, having an affect of the coffee's cup characteristics. Dry process coffees tend to show more fruit forward flavors, bigger body, and milder acidity.

Blackberry and fresh fig with chocolate overtones and hints of dried blueberry, date, and caramelized sugar.
