From a small 9 acre farm on the outskirts of Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. This Yellow Bourbon from Honduras is direct trade, organic and bird friendly. The 72 hour anaerobic fermentation was carefully developed to give their coffees juicy sweetness without introducing any harsh, vinegary flavors.
