Cauca is located in the South West region of Colombia. Cauca coffee has a tradition dating back to the nineteenth century, the quality of coffee in this region is due in large part to smallholder crops that allow farmers to collect and process coffee in the traditional. This begins with the manual picking of red ripe cherries by farmers and indigenous people in the region, followed by fermentation up to 24 hours to remove mucilage, and then sun drying.

Flavor:
Tons of sweetness and great body, with notes of mandarin orange, plum, milk chocolate and caramel.
